Mainly responsible for dealing with the queries of Internal/External Customers of People Connect (Shared Service Center) which includes Active/Exit Employees of KE and their families through defined protocols and KPIs of People Connect Lounge.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Managing queries of People Connect Customers to enhance overall customer experience as per defined Protocols, KPIs, and SOPs of Lounge and Contact Center by managing:

  • Emails Management.
  • Tickets, Inquiries and Feedback.
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls.

Ensuring Operational Excellence at People Connect Lounge by:

  • Responding to queries effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to administrative protocols of People Connect Lounge, including timings, greetings, and customer dealing, in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain all facilities at the People Connect Lounge, including meeting rooms, cafe, reservation log, and accessories, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.
  • Ensure distribution and effective recording of all Financial and Non-Financial instruments.
  • Increasing the Ratio of Feedback and Customer Satisfaction
  • Closure of Assignments and Tasks on daily basis.

Projects and Improvement:

  • Take effective part in assigned projects.
  • Suggest process improvements.
  • Engagement and Support to all functions of People Connect (whenever required).

HSE:

  • Ensure compliance with HSE protocols in daily operations.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment.

 

Job Specifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree from any Reputed Organization.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service environment (Contact Center Experience will be plus point).
  3. Fluent English Speaking and Excellent English Writing Skills.
  4. Tech Savvy / MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
