Purpose

The Senior  Officer in Real Estate Department plays a vital role in management of KE properties including Payment of Property taxes, conduct field surveys, visit to premises for the verification of claims and bills, stake holder management and payment process.  This position requires an understanding of Real Estate documentation such as Lease agreements, Allotment order, rental agreements etc.

Knowledge

Experience

5-6 year of experience.

Area of Responsibilities

  • To Conduct Field Surveys on various Properties of the Company in addition to the Land Surveyor team.
  • To Visit Government & Civic Agencies, Land Giving Authorities for regularization of Property Documents, Lease Renewals, and related issues.
  • To Visit Premises for the verification of Claims and Bills with respect to the concerned works done by Civil / Electrical Department.  
  • To deal with legal proceedings as and when required.
  • To ensure timely and accurate process of payments and to avoid penalties, surcharges of utility bills, processing of rent for rented properties.
  •  To manage and submit all tax payments.
  • To prepare clear and accurate tax reports, research studies, feasibility and financial proformas and to maintain tax records.
  • Prepare Lease Agreements and other Real Estate Documents
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • To maintain Real Estate Database system.
  • Collect, evaluate and interpret appropriate and applicable Bills, Challan & other financial claims.
