The position is responsible for timely processing of employee allowances and payroll recoveries with documented reconciliation and audit trail provision through the system or otherwise, duly complied with applicable policies and relevant regulatory laws.

Education
Graduation from a reputable university.

Experience
02 to 03 years in Payroll processing preferably through S4Hana and Successfactors.

Area of Responsibilities
To execute timely and error free monthly payroll activities which includes following but not limited to:

Compilation of Monthly Payroll Changes

  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for collection and compilation of monthly payroll changes
  • Strong follow-up with stakeholders for timely closure of payroll activities
  • Review and rectification of any erroneous data in close coordination with relevant stakeholders


Computations of Monthly Payroll Changes

To ensure accurate and error free computations of monthly adjustments w.r.t. to 
•    New Hired employees 
•    Leaving employees 
•    Promoted employees 
•    Attendance based allowances


Payroll Database update

•    To ensure accurate and timely update of SAP HCM and Employee Central module with relevant payroll data
•    Extraction of payroll reports for reconciliation purpose

Preparation of Payroll Summary

•    To prepare monthly payroll reconciliation summary with incorporation of financial impact against monthly payroll changes
•    To ensure reconciliation of employee head count aligned with the monthly additions and deletions

Documentation of Payroll Data and Approvals

•    To ensure compilation of payroll data, financials’ reconciliation summaries along with necessary approvals for audit purpose.
