Purpose
Responsible for conducting fair and unbiased domestic inquiries into employee misconduct or policy violations, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational procedures.

Functional Competencies
Area of Responsibilities
• Lead and manage domestic inquiries as per company policy and labor laws.
• Collect and analyze evidence; maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct interviews with complainants, accused, and witnesses.
• Prepare detailed, factual inquiry reports with findings and recommendations.
• Ensure confidentiality, impartiality, and due process.
• Excellent written communication skills in both Urdu and English for preparing bilingual documents and reports.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Ensure proper record keeping and maintenance of inquiry-related files and documents.
• Possess strong legal drafting skills for preparing notices, reports, and related documents.
• Demonstrate effective presentation skills for internal briefings and disciplinary review meetings.
• Represent the organization in court or legal proceedings, when required, on behalf of the management.
Preferred Job Experiences
Prior experience in legal, HR, or compliance investigations preferred.
Strong legal knowledge (labor and employment laws)
