Designation: Senior Assistant Engineer (I&C)

Reports To: Deputy Manager (I&C) / Manager I&C

Department: Instrumentation & Control

Broad Responsibilities:

To perform field related I&C jobs in accordance with standard operating procedures. Keep maintenance record and documentation up to date. Identify spare / consumable requirements and communicate to AM/DM for purchase requisitions.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Ensure full Compliance of K Electric HSE system and policies.
• To execute and record preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems through SAP.
• To identify Material (spares, hardware, consumables, tools, etc) in relation to PR preparation.
• To collect data, understand and implement SAP system
• To suggest modifications pertaining to I&C and safety.
• Maintain good housekeeping of areas pertaining to I&C
• To implement safety measures / housekeeping while performing maintenance jobs.
• Maintaining discipline by ensuring punctually and observance of rules and Company Policies.
• Ensuring that any data report, information required by the Management is provided as soon as possible and in the form required by the department.
• Timely identification of consumables and necessary tools for safe and efficient job execution.
• Routine tools and calibrators audits.
• Any task assigned by Management pertaining to the functions of the department.

Safety Responsibilities:

• HSEQ awareness of all staff.
• Attend all scheduled and assigned HSE training and meetings.
• MSA, D-level and PPEs Compliance.

DAE / B. Tech (Electronics)
