Purpose:

To support building of risk management capabilities, improving resilience in business processes and informed decision making by implementing ERM framework across assigned portfolios

Education:

BBA / MBA / ACCA / CA Finalist / MSc (Accounting & Finance)

Experience:

Up to 1 year of experience (experience in power sector would be a plus)

Areas of Responsibility

• Assist in collecting data for key risk indicators (KRIs) from internal and external sources.
• Support the team in monitoring alerts when risks exceed predefined thresholds and use data automation tools to streamline risk data collection
• Assist in tracking the progress of risk mitigation action plans along with documenting and monitoring the implementation of these plans to ensure they are on schedule.
• Assist in identifying potential risks by reviewing internal documents and procedures and analyzing minor risk incidents and learning about root cause analysis.
• Assist in maintaining the risk register and other risk-related documentation and help prepare reports summarizing risk identification and assessment results.
