Job Purpose:

This position carries out day to day operations of HSE at Distribution Network Academy and contributes to the application of effective Health, Safety and Environmental management. These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to support the evaluation of the safe and healthy culture through the development & implementation of safety programs and provide a pathway for further improvement WITHIN the limits of organizational policies and SOPs, departmental objectives, HSEQ standards.

Responsiblites:

• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.
• Audit and Legal Requirements: Assisting in the preparation and management of documentation for internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to safety, audits, and legal matters.
• Training and Development: Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs related to safety and compliance.
• Policy Implementation: Supporting the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

The applicant must possess min 2 years of relevant experience of HSE field

Requirement:

• Good Communication and teamwork skills
• willingness to work in field and office environments
• Proficient in Mircosoft  office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
