Purpose: The main purpose of the position is to ensure comprehensive compliance with AMI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), usage cases, and processes across K-Electric. This includes providing end-to-end governance of the AMI infrastructure and contributing to the development of future processes. The objective is to realize the recognized benefits of the AMI infrastructure, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) through strategic execution and monitoring within the constraints of organizational policies, departmental objectives, and leadership directives.


Education & Experience:

1. Female with minimum 2-3 year of work experience prior to taking a break.
2. At least 1 year of Career break
3. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for effective AMI use case management and gain necessary stakeholder approvals.
  • Enhance decision-making consistency through the strategic analysis of AMI data, aimed at enhancing the K-Electric network.
  • Lead the transformation and escalation of AMI reports to ensure maximized utility for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical and business groups to ensure positive outcomes for AMI infrastructure projects.
  • Perform analysis of reports and dashboards to ensure monitoring and compliance of AMI use cases, such as auto-billing and DCRC.
  • Manage automation processes for governance mechanisms to ensure precise information distribution to stakeholders.
  • Establish AMI KPI benchmarks grounded in global standards and address non-compliance through appropriate channels.
  • Plan and evaluate department-specific KPIs with a focus on meter communication and coverage compliance.
  • Monitor the success of AMI projects based on clearly defined project KPIs and address gaps where necessary.
  • Govern AMI policies and process compliance, ensuring seamless organizational implementation.
  • Encourage optimal resource and technology utilization to promote effective process management.
  • Provide L1 system and process support resources for ongoing and post-launch AMI projects, aimed at maximizing project returns.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve AMI operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate seamless lifecycle management of AMI assets and ensure compliance across processes.
  • Lead and develop the governance team, ensuring onboarding efficiency, skill enhancement, and resolution of team conflicts.
  • Strategize and communicate effectively to ensure aligned task execution and transparency within the team.
  • Cultivate the capabilities of team members to improve their job-related skills, values, and motivations.
