Purpose
Planning & management of Material/Service required for production & TSW operations as per user requirement.
Education
Bachelor’s in supply chain, Finance.
Knowledge
Teamwork, Problem Solving
5S, Productivity workshops, Quality & Safety Standards.
Knowledge and understanding of supply chain process & inventory management.
Ability to interface well with stakeholders & support services departments.
Strong cross functional communication & follow up skills
Strong Data analysis & Excel skills.
Experience
3+ years preferably

Area of Responsibilities
1. Business / Operating Results
Efficient arrangement of materials requirement in order to achieve monthly targets.
Monthly Production reports
Initializing material and service requirements by raising MR/PRs as per user requirement.
On time availability of required material / service.
Maintaining the safety stock and ensure availability of material on time
No stock out & maintain Material stock report
Measuring variances against planned v/s actual consumption.
Monthly material reporting with updated status.
Maintaining and updating materials as per Product BOMs.
BOM file.
Hands on experience in SAP & HANA ERP.
ERP System Efficient.
2. Customer Satisfaction
Maintaining a cooperative environment with interfaced departments for smooth running of TSW operations
Meetings with interfaced departments

Developing Team for better results

Ensuring full compliance with safety standards and SOPs
