Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Officer Data Analytics to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, solid exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. This role will focus on data extraction, transformation, data governance, automation, dashboarding, and performance analysis.

Minimum Education

Education (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree (minimum 14 years of education) in a relevant field such as Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline

Education (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline

Trainings & Certifications (Mandatory)

Trainings & Certifications (Preferred)

Years of Experience

3+ Years of relevant experience in Data Analyst or Business Analyst Role

  • Expert level proficiency in Excel
  • Advance Level proficiency in Power BI
  • Familiarization with SQL & Python will be considered a strong plus
  • Candidates with Portfolios are encouraged

Technical Skills & Requirements

  1. Advance Excel (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivots)
  2. High proficiency in DAX (Creating Measures & Calculated columns & calculations)
  3. High proficiency in Power Queries & Advance Power Queries (Query Applying & Formulation, Query Automation, Append & Merge Queries)
  4. Power Pivot & Advanced Power Pivot techniques
  5. Data Modeling & Creating Relationships (One-to-One, One-to-Many, Many-to-Many relationships) for effective extraction of data
  6. Data extraction & culmination from multiple files and sources for onward utilization & reporting
  7. Data Transformation & ETL process (Data Cleaning & Structuring)
  8. Dashboarding: Experience with Power BI and Excel-based dashboards
  9. KPI Development, monitoring, and identifying bleeding KPIs
  10. Automation & Digitalization of Processes utilizing logic building & converting manual work into excel & BI Automation
  11. Handling large datasets and generating business Insights & Reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.
  • Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
  • Perform data cleaning, structuring, and transformation (ETL processes).
  • Build and manage data models with defined relationships.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Automate manual processes using Excel, Power Query, and BI tools.
  • Establish and enforce data validation, accuracy checks, and control mechanisms across datasets and reporting outputs
  • Maintain proper data documentation, definitions, and lineage for transparency and auditability
  • Identify opportunities for process digitalization and efficiency improvement.
  • Support performance tracking and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Proven experience in presenting analytical findings & visuals to suit diverse audiences, including leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams enabling informed decision-making
