Purpose

To assist Manager-Admin in smooth functioning of Facility Administration. To ensure resolution of administrative issues, complaints & requirements of the concerned Users. To implement, monitor & improve the existing SOPs & Work Instructions. Moreover ensure the Staff/ Services deputed with Admin ER Complex adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

Area of Responsibilities

  • Basic know-how of SAP and Admin Portals.
  • Supervise Minor R&M of the building (through Admin Services Portal).
  • Ensure proper R&M and Service of all AC units installed at ER Complex.
  • Monitor R&M and Service of Lifts installed at ER Complex, through Out-sourced Vendor.
  • Ensure R&M and Service of Fire Alarm System through Out-sourced Vendor.
  • Refilling of Fuel, Service and Minor R&M of Emergency Generator.
  • Ensure adherence to Safety at Workplace and assist in CHSEQ functions.
  • Maintenance of Occupancy Plan & Board.
  • Housekeeping, Fumigation and Gardening Services.
  • Maintain Daily/ Monthly Attendance of 3P/ BPO Services & Janitorial Services at ERC.
  • Record Keeping of Monthly Imprest of FAD ERC.

Area of Responsibility Continued

  • Coordinate with Cafeteria Contractor for Food and Refreshment.
  • Plan for events/ activities etc at ERC as & when required.
  • Coordinate & liaison with the concern departments like BF, HR, Procurement etc for any matter in lieu of Admin-ERC.
  • Coordinate with the Vendor for timely delivery of monthly invoices. Verify & process the Commercial Bills of the Vendor.
  • To participate in HSE D-Level Committee Meetings. And contribute to inculcating Safety culture among other Team Members.
  • Make certain to attend all assigned Training sessions.
  • Ensure that all Admin ERC Team Members & OSP/ BPO Services adhere to all applicable Safety Procedures and proper data is maintained for Safety Audit.
  • Prepare and submit daily/ weekly/ monthly reports as & when required.
  • Responsible to accomplish any other assigned duties.
