Purpose

To manage and execute assigned civil works and infrastructure maintenance activities by ensuring disciplined site execution, contractor coordination, cost and quality control, and compliance with approved designs, timelines, budgets, and HSEQ standards, thereby supporting operational reliability and departmental performance objectives.

Education (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Years of Experience

~10 years of relevant experience in civil works, construction, or infrastructure delivery
At least 5 years in site execution or managerial roles

Functional Competencies

Area of Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor civil works projects by coordinating site activities, contractors, and technical inputs to ensure delivery in line with approved scope, timelines, and specifications.
  • Supervise contractor performance through daily site oversight, progress tracking, and resolution of execution‑related issues to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Validate quantities, costs, and contractor claims by reviewing measurements, invoices, and variations to ensure financial accuracy and contractual compliance.
  • Ensure HSEQ compliance across project sites by enforcing safety procedures, incident reporting, audits, and closure of observations and non‑conformances.
  • Maintain project documentation and records to support audit readiness, compliance verification, and transparent reporting of execution progress.
  • Lead and support site teams by providing technical guidance, task prioritization, and performance oversight to ensure effective and disciplined execution
