Purpose
Leads initiatives focused on analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing core business processes across the KE Distribution Network & Supply Businesses to ensure regulatory compliance with angle to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance service quality as well. Applies methodologies like Lean, and Business Process Management (BPM) to drive operational excellence.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
Years of Experience
5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business analysis, preferably within utilities, industries or complex operational environments.
Area of Responsibilities
- Assess and realign business processes in accordance with the newly reorganized functions established by the Transformation department, particularly in light of the separation between Supply and Network businesses. This involves conducting data-driven analysis, engaging key stakeholders, and mapping existing workflows to identify opportunities for redesign.
- Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing current ("as-is") processes and designing optimized ("to-be") workflows.
- Apply industry-standard process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant tools to drive efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of redesigned processes, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder alignment.
- Establish robust metrics and monitoring systems to evaluate the performance and sustainability of improved processes.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, and other departments to ensure practical feasibility and seamless adoption of process changes.
- Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on process improvement techniques to build internal capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
