Purpose

The People Business Partner aligns people initiatives with business objectives, contributing to strategic planning and executing people strategies at the Cluster level. This role serves as the primary liaison between People function and Cluster leadership, addressing talent, performance, leadership development and change management challenges. The goal is to deliver targeted, efficient people programs that create measurable value while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Knowledge

•    Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices.
•    Strong business acumen paired with expertise in organizational development for analyzing and addressing people related business challenges.

Experience

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in people related roles, demonstrating a track record of success.

Area of Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnering
Talent and Performance Management:
     •    Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year dialogues, calibration and year-end reviews.
     •    Encourage talent mobility through rotations, transfers and job postings.
     •    Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure alignment with organizational culture.
     •    Actively support Personal Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans for employees.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
     •    Design and implement engagement strategies based on survey insights.
     •    Promote employee recognition and foster a values driven culture.
 Talent Planning and Acquisition:
     •    Identify talent gaps and align hiring strategies with business goals.
     •    Provide operational support, including job requisition creation, interview scheduling and bulk hiring initiatives.
Learning and Development:
     •    Conduct cluster level learning needs assessments and coordinate leadership and skill building programs.
     •    Champion diversity initiatives and drive resource inclusion efforts.
Organizational Design and Change Management:
     •    Review and redesign structures to align with strategic objectives.
     •    Lead change initiatives, including organizational communication, town halls, resource mapping and system updates.
People Analytics and Insights:
     •    Leverage analytics to measure the effectiveness of people strategies and identify areas for improvement.
     •    Maintain accurate employee data and ensure system updates in SAP.
2. Employee Relations and Compliance
     •    Advise managers on people policies, performance issues and employee relations challenges.
     •    Ensure compliance with organizational policies and alignment with core practices.
