Purpose
To work on Mobile Platform, Cross or Native technologies in (Android Studio, React Native Flutter and Mendix) with the technologies acquired by KE. To provide complete comprehension of enterprise mobile app solution and implement the current best practices. Develop policies and procedures for the sustainable and reliable mobile apps.
Plan, develop, design, implement, customize, configure, and monitor mobile app by understanding the problem based on requirements and Project Management.
Experience in development and implementation of application frameworks for different technologies in use at KE is expected. He/she must also propose innovative tools, frameworks, automations, and processes that are used by the EDS team for development.

Project Management
Good understanding of Android (Android Studio, React Native, Flutter and Mendix) and iOS mobile app development platforms, being familiar with API development platforms, cross-platform app development frameworks, and responsive design for mobile web apps.
Immense knowledge of Integration with other platforms such as SAP, QlikView, SQL Server, Oracle.
Understanding of other phases such as designing, testing and deployment.
Good Knowledge Oracle / SQL Server / My sql Database
Expertise in backend computing: To ensure that your mobile application performs perfectly concepts associated with like database management, memory allocation, hardware integration and security.
Years of Experience
3+ years of experience in Mobile development. Additional database skill set (Oracle / SQL Server / My SQL)
Area of Responsibilities
1 Project Management 55%
Determine scope of new project in consultation with users and in coordination with team members.
Analyze and prepare use cases and test scenario, wireframes based on business process for new and ongoing projects.
Plan detailed project activities, resources management, implement and complete with in the timeframe.
Ensure work quality and quantity in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Ensure Customer Satisfaction regarding projects related to Mobility Application
Escalate risk and issues if incur with the support of Project manager to the right stakeholders.
2 Project Delivery & Service Excellence 15%
Identify areas that require automation and convince departmental heads on the need for automation.
Gathers requirement from departmental heads and transfer it to delivery team.
Guide and implement automation strategies to enable the organization to work in a more structured and efficient manner
3 Trouble Shooting 15%
Responsible to monitor and resolve Mobile related issues within agreed Turn Around Times (TATs).
Performing root cause analysis on frequently raised issues to identify improvement opportunities to reduce team support time, efforts and better facilitate business user.

4 People Management 5%
Provide direction to team members to execute assigned task, find solutions to business problem according to organization’s policies and procedures.
Motivate and train team members on recent trends and new technologies.
6 Audit and Compliance 10%
Engage with internal and external auditors regarding project technical audit.
Ensure compliance and guideline provided by internal IT Security, IT Governance, and IT QA Teams.
Ensure the complete SDLC.
