Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Automation Specialist to lead and innovate the Meter to Cash processes at KE. This role involves driving the automation and refinement of business processes in the commercial sector, with a special emphasis on the Meter to Cash cycle. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, operational analysis, and liaising with IT and Distribution teams for process enhancement.
 
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in BPR/BPM, Project Management, Business Process Automation role
 
Required Qualifications:
MBA or MS degree, or relevant financial certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or CA.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement a strategic approach to automate and improve the Meter to Cash process in collaboration with business units.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships within distribution units, focusing on process improvements and operational excellence.
•    Lead and align automation initiatives with the Distribution Strategy team to enhance overall process efficiency.
•    Implement efficient processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOPs to mitigate potential cost risks.
•    Analyze business challenges and propose IT solutions to optimize complex processes.
•    Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and requirements gathering, aimed at improving process efficiency and user experience.
•    Handle change management effectively, adapting to evolving project requirements and ensuring smooth transitions.
•    Develop, evaluate, and revise policies and procedures related to business applications to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
•    Work with Line Managers to identify and address training needs, focusing on enhancing operational understanding and efficiency.
