PURPOSE:
To manage and optimize SAP Material Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules by ensuring smooth integration with business processes, enabling efficient procurement, supplier collaboration. The role ensures system reliability, user adoption, and continuous process improvements in line with organizational objectives.
•    Provide day-to-day support for SAP modules (SAP MM & WM)
•    Be the focal point of contact for Generation, Distribution, Transmission, Enabling, Inventory Management & Procurement in providing business continuity application support related to SAP Master Data Management, SAP Warehouse Management.
•    Setting up PMO practice for Documentation and Project Management.
•    Stakeholder Management for Query resolution and for the delivery of the project.
•    Cross Module Integration management with SAP PS / PM / QM / FICO etc.
•    Oversee configuration, implementation, and support of SAP MM & WM processes.
•    Design and coordinate the development of Custom Applications in SAP ABAP.
•    Be the subject matter expert of SAP MDG, SAP WM implementation & continuous support for KE wide for all departments.
•    Responsible for ensuring that all the operational processes related to SAP MDG, SAP WM & SAP MM are smooth in system without any discrepancies.
•    Champion Master Data Governance, Warehouse Management & SAP Material Management integration with KE wide Master Data, WM transactions.
•    Ensuring that operations in IM, Generation & Transmission which runs 24.7 online remain uninterrupted for facilitation to end customer and distribution staff
•    The role is to ensure the IT delivery to business is done in a timely manner with required quality of work.
•    The business delivery is to ensure the daily operations and strategies are uninterrupted

Education & Relevant Experience:    

Bachelor’s in science with 6+ years of relevant experience

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Business continuity via timely h2h resolution and Projects Delivery

All application-related issues or change requests to be catered, for continuous business operation.
Have to monitor its status, so that they are attended timely and resolved in TAT KPI.

    2. Project Delivery

Deliver committed projects to Inventory Management, Procurement, I&C & S&OP department on time.
Be part of complete SDLC, from requirement gathering to development to testing to post go live support
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Identify, research, and resolve complex technical/Functional issues.

   3. Business Engagements & Stake Owner Management 

Visiting key stakeholders and power users, in sharing updates on ongoing IT delivery tasks
Finding new improvement areas in the business processes
Suggest SAP best practice to the business users so by using SAP standard functionality they can make their business process better    

   4. Process improvement

Finding IT tools in digitizing business process for better visibility, automation and decision making
