Purpose
This position is pivotal in ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to uphold HSEQ compliance across Inventory Management (IM) operations. The role focuses on enhancing HSEQ performance through the implementation of KE’s HSEQ Management System, policies, and SOPs. Key responsibilities include managing HSEQ data, conducting regular inspections, and reviewing SOPs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational standards.
In addition to HSEQ responsibilities, the position supports inventory planning, organization, and monitoring across IM stores. It contributes to maintaining optimum stock levels, ensuring material availability, and promoting a safe, accident-free environment across all DMS locations.
Education (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, industrial Engineering or a related field from accredited body.
Trainings & Certifications (Mandatory)
Certifications from NEBOSH or IOSH
Years of Experience
5-6 years of hands-on working experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with in-depth knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
Functional Competencies
Area of Responsibilities

Manage and lead Periodic inspection of all warehouses / Stores, and ensure compliance to Safety standards.

Coordinate inspections/ safety audits by CHSEQ

Lead risk assessments and internal audits to identify hazards and take steps to mitigate risks in line with HSE standards.

Promote safety-conscious culture, providing safety training and awareness programs for employees.

Lead Investigations of safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses, report and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Implement relevant OSHA, ISO standards, and environmental laws at warehouses.

Coordinate with CHSEQ for internal /external safety/EHS /DQIP audits and ensure completeness of documents as per audit requirements. .

Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal auditors to maintain and improve compliance measures.

Work closely with user departments and CHSEQ teams to ensure smooth coordination of HSE activities.
