Job Purpose:
Manager Corporate Brands is key for development and execution of strategy to actively drive corporate narrative internally through campaigns. Manager corporate brands cascades all important information/updates about the organization to key stakeholders internally and externally using effective communications tools. The purpose of this position is to drive brand advocacy amongst employees through engagement, and drive brand image for external stakeholders through events/conferences. This position plays an important role in driving corporate objectives through internal campaigns and supports all functions to ensure achievement of corporate objectives.


Areas of Responsibilities:

1    Development and Execution of Strategy for Internal Communication
• Facilitate in Development and Execution of Strategy for the function and actively drive corporate narrative through campaigns. Support all functions to ensure achievement of corporate objectives. Support to deliver and execute campaigns/collaterals for all functions except Distribution and safety.
• Facilitate in increasing employee engagement, as a result have a further engaged work force that will amplify KE`s image externally as brand advocates.
• Rationalize our communication tools to have maximum reach.
• Responsible for timely and cost-effective execution of Communication plan. Ensure consistency and standardization across all mediums. 
• Rebrand internal brand to Paish Qadam and drive the communication change across the company 
• Develop Internal Communication Annual Plan
• Support Strategy team on communications for Operational Excellence Campaign regularly
• Ensure timely communication support for:
• D&I Initiatives
• Launch of People campaigns
• Drive employer brand internally through engagement activities that drives brand advocacy 
• Employee engagement activities across KE for different audiences 
• Content development for Paish Qadam broadcast email
• Manage content development for Quarterly and annual newsletter.  
• Leverage technology for streamlining and making Marketing and Communication operations more efficient. Monitor utility industry & communications trends globally to establish effective benchmarks.

• Manage content analysis received through engagement to enhance impact across KE
• Introduce various trainings for the department and team to enhance communication skills

2    Support in external content development
• Support in drafting speeches and talking points for KE reps. 
• Support in drafting magazine articles. LTEs.
• Support in collateral development for external events.

3    Manage and empower direct reports
• Develop direct reports enabling them to achieve objectives in a proactive and customer-centric manner. 
• Provide opportunities for development to direct reports based on 3E model (experience, exposure, education) 
• Provide effective, consistent and regular performance feedback and address performance issues in a timely manner. 
• Ensure team is provided training to build their skills and capability and groom them for growth and succession.

4   Importance of safety as a KE employee
• Provide necessary support to HSE to ensure safety policies and best practices are well communicated and implemented internally.
• Attend safety trainings.

Education & Relevant Experience:    
§    Minimum 5 years work experience. 
§    Previous experience in Corporate Communications with proven ability to support communication strategies.
§    Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field including Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism etc. 
§    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken skills (English and Urdu)
