Purpose
To act as a liaison between the Management and employees.
Education & Experience
Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Relations
Area of Responsibilities
1. Daily visit to their designated locations in the assigned cluster to meet and interact with the NMS.
2. Communicate grievance of the NMS Staff to the IR leadership for redressal or further communication to line for their action; be the channel for NMS communication.
3. Close coordination & engagement with the workers for resolution of their issues to maintain industrial peace across KE.
4. Coordination with HR & Admin Coordinator and GM of the location on matters pertaining to NMS Staff and canteen.
5. Coordinate in case of industrial accident and coordinate with the family of NMS employees to mitigate the adverse reaction and also try utmost effort to avoid union involvement in such cases while provide complete support and facilities as per company policy.
6. Inspection of canteen on regular basis to support the CCO for improvement initiatives.
7. Conduct engagement session with IR leadership team and ensure NMS staff participation.
8. Monitor union activities and report their future actions and steps that helps IR leadership to plan in advance.
9. Educate and explain NMS staff about the company policies and procedures, and communicate management stance on current issues - be the communication channel for management
10. Process health card forms and welfare forms from each location and submit with the concern department for further processing.
11. Visit NMS at work locations to find out their work-related issues and to report to IR Leadership.
12. Scanning the work environment to proactively find out any matters / event that has the potential to develop into a Labor issue and to immediately communicate to IR management with full details.
13. Prepare and forward Pulse, Grievance, and Canteen Operations reports to IR Leadership on daily basis.
14. Any other special assignment given from time to time by IR leadership.
