Purpose

To prepare all relevant drawings and maintain assigned data / record and arrange required sign offs.

Education

Minimum Graduate in any discipline

Relevant Experience: 

1 to 2 years’ of relevant experience

Business

• Undertake to draw sketches for SIPs, new feeders, HT links and other requirements as per SOP.
• Ensure maintaining of back up data/ record on daily basis and undertake organizing of scheduled reports as per requirement
• Ensure confidentiality of all record. 
• Undertake preparing of daily fault sheets related to UGM and SSM faults.
• Ensure development of analytical reports helping initiation of suggestive actions leading to maintain sustainable operation of network equipment.
• Ensure maintaining of Duty roaster related to centralized UGM/SSM teams.
• Ensure updating of comprehensive report related to material used for repair of cable faults.
• Undertake maintain details of PQC labour along with handling of related Invoices and certificates.
• Ensure daily attendance of vehicles and relevant log books.
• Ensure maintaining of fuel consumption record related to Generators.
• Undertake to resolve portal issues in coordination with IT
