Purpose

To support business in their daily operations which includes frequent coordination with customer service team to ensure timely approvals, resolution of their issues, risk assessment & budget monitoring & controlling for CS portfolio.

Education & Experience

Professional Accountant / MBA with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

 

Knowledge

Understanding of commercial and technical aspects of business.
Strong financial and data analytics concepts.
Hands on experience of MS Office and SAP / Business Intelligence tools

Area of Responsibilities

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1    Budget preparation & controlling (30%)
•    Preparation of Portfolio's Annual budget with coordination with stakeholders.  

•    Coordinate with budgeting and planning department for timely submission of budget related requirements. 
•    Highlight areas of cost optimization and budget rationalization. 

•    To maintain PS hierachy for controling of CS annual CAPEX & REVEX budget
•    Ensure all invoices are timely processed as per PO terms & conditions.  
•    Streamline and automate data collection processes where possible to enhance efficiency.

2    Business Partnering (40%)

•    Process and Review PAS related to Customer Service
•    Perform risk assessment on portfolio & recommend safeguards to manage risk.
•    Review initiative proposed by user for management decision making.
•    Detailed evaluation of user's proposal & project at PR level
•    Coordinate with stake holders for swift resolution of their issues

3    Reporting (30%)
•    Review and Control Monthly O&M Cost in coordination with Financial Reporting Department

•    Prepare detailed reasoning for variances in all related GLs
•    Report portfolio's monthly performance & highlight achievements for MFR report
•    Establish internal controls, workflows and policies for tracking and reconciliation of vendors' claim and payments.
