Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering

Experience: 4 years' of relevant experience

Job Purpose

To facilitate structural transformation and regulatory compliance by aligning roles, documenting changes, and integrating CTBCM market regulations into organizational processes through effective coordination and monitoring. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and documentation of structural transformation, policy alignment, and compliance integration across reengineered functions and roles.
• Draft and update job descriptions, role alignment charts, and RACI matrices.
• Maintain compliance logs, audit checklists, and version control of all structural documents.
• Monitor NEPRA website regularly for updates on CTBCM market rules, regulations, and eligibility criteria.
• Translate regulatory updates into actionable structural and process changes.
• Collect feedback from departments on structure changes and highlight overlaps or gaps.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and other teams for alignment of roles, contracts, and compliance obligations.
• Prepare briefing notes, summary reports, and documentation packs for management and approval forums.
• Maintain repository of regulatory circulars, memos, and transformation references.
• Support meetings with NEPRA, HR, Legal, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in sensitization sessions and training workshops during rollouts.
• Track implementation of approved changes and escalate risks or deviations.
