Job Purpose

Strategic Alignment & Culture Change: To bridge the gap between Ke vision and employee behavior, ensuring all departments are synchronized with a Customer-Centric organizational mindset.
Modernizing the Learning Ecosystem: To lead the transition from traditional classrooms to digital excellence by managing the LMS and developing high-quality e-learning content.
Closing the Competency Gap: To identify skill deficiencies through rigorous TNA and implement targeted interventions that directly improve organizational performance.
Operational Efficiency: To foster critical thinking within the workforce, empowering employees to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks that hinder service delivery.
Stakeholder Management: To act as a consultant for HODs, providing customized training solutions that solve specific departmental challenges.
Risk Mitigation: To ensure technical and compliance standards are met, protecting the organization from reputational and operational risks caused by human error.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Needs Assessment

  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps across departments.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to align training goals with specific business objectives.
  • Develop the annual Training Calendar and manage the departmental budget effectively.

2. Program Design & Development

  • Design diverse learning modules, including technical skills, soft skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
  • Develop high-quality instructional materials using Canva or other tools (e.g., manuals, visual aids, and e-learning modules, videos).
  • Select and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants when necessary.

3. Execution & Delivery

  • Facilitate and lead training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Mentor and coach internal trainers or subject matter experts.

4. Evaluation & Reporting

  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using the Kirkpatrick Model (Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results).
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as training ROI, participation rates, and post-training performance improvements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management regarding L&D progress.

5. Creative Design & Internal Branding

  •  Lead the end-to-end production of the CX Newsletter, from content curation to layout design in Canva and Ani maker, ensuring it aligns with KE’s brand identity.
  • Design and maintain visual dashboards that track training progress, budget utilization, and employee feedback for executive review.
  • Create high-impact digital assets (posts, flyers, banners) for internal platforms like Workplace, WhatsApp, and email to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Revamp training slide decks and orientation materials to ensure they are visually stimulating and professional.

6. Strategic Reporting

  • Translate training metrics into "Infographics" that demonstrate the Return on Investment (ROI) of learning programs.
  • Monitor the Learning Management System (LMS) as an administrator and generate visual reports on user adoption ensuring content is updated and user engagement is high.

 

Skills

•    Proficiency in tools like Canva, Vyond, or Articulate to create engaging collateral.
•    LMS Administration: Hands-on experience managing platforms like Canvas or Moodle.
•    Stakeholder Management
•    Strong public speaking and classroom management skills for diverse audiences.
•    Analytical Thinking

 

Relevant Education & Experience

•    Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
•    Certifications: Professional certifications like Train the Trainer (TTT) or relevant digital learning certifications are preferable
