Education:

  • Preferably B.E Electrical/Electronics with 3-5 years of experience.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Certified, Lean Six Sigma Certified Preferably.

Requirements:

  • Conduct random sample-based Quality Inspections for entire BU Distribution Sites including Substations, Operational activities, Quality Control system, KEDNA, DMS, Customer service, IBCs.
  • Develop Audit Plan as per Audit SOP
  • Perform Quality Audits in BU distribution as per planned arrangements and as and when required by Management especially in case of any incident
  • Facilitate in the development of Inspection report in discussion with Manager QA Distribution and submit report to respective line for corrective actions and compliance.
  • Facilitate in the development of Audit Report and submit to Manager QA Audits & inspection for onwards review with Corp QA DGM Audits & Inspection for issuance and distribution to respective sections
  • Follow-up on closure of recommendations both from Audit & Inspections with respective section and provide monthly status to Manager Corp QA Audits & Inspection (Dist).
  • Gather QA data from respective QA Representative and maintain analysis of Quality Performance against set bench marked standards
  • Develop QA training Modules
  • Support DGM/Manager QA distribution in preparing Corp QA SOPs and procedures if required.
  • Provide facilitation during training of QA representative from BU distribution
  • Assist Manager QA in conducting safety training
  • Prepare and present progress reports and assist safety manager in meetings.
  • Any other job assigned by line manager
  • Carry out trend analysis based on audit reports
  • New ideas/initiatives for improving Quality System
