Job Purpose:
 
This position provides support to management in reviewing Grievances, Anti-harassment cases and suggestions reported. The responsibilities are carried out WITH distributive, administrative, procedural, interactional, and interpersonal fairness while upholding company CARES values which would lead to strengthening Employer and employee relationships and maintaining peaceful, friendly and competitive environment in compliance WITHIN the limits of organizational policies & SOPs, departmental objectives, business code of conduct and directions/guidelines from Supervisor.

 

Education & Experience:

MBA / BBA HRM with 2-3 years' experience.  Certifications and knowledge of Labour Laws and/or Industrial Relations will be of an added advantage.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Facilitates and processes Grievances assigned with fairness and transparency from all reporting channels with the help of nominated counselor, leading to logical conclusion, getting approval of final recommendation, and processing its implementation
  • Supports and assists Anti-Harassment committee by facilitating, and processing cases and from all reporting channels leading it to logical conclusion and processing final approved recommendations for all respective assigned cases
    Brands Awaz channel organization-wide via awareness sessions using various modes of communication in Liaison with Learning & Development, Marketing department regarding different programs i.e. conflict management, sexual harassment, counselling Awaz process and grievance handling etc.
  • Identifies feasibility and applicability of employee’s submitted Suggestions received via all reporting channels and processing it according to procedure
  • Handles PMF grievances in accordance policy and procedure
  • Maintains documentation of each correspondence w.r.t formally raised grievance and its investigation
  • Ensures effective correspondence with Awaz Counselors, Anti-Harassment committee for sessions as required
  • Maintains decorum and procedures during session, investigates case in detail, scripting minutes of meeting of recorded session and facilitates committee in finalizing report as required for respective assigned Grievance, Anti-harassment Case
  • Monitors and maintains Awaz Dropbox installed throughout company and corresponds with relevant team for collection of applications fortnightly
  • Keeps record of cases i.e. applications received via drop boxes and other channels – also uploads them over portal on user’s behalf
  • Completes case file to be scanned, documents to be submitted to HR records and scan file to be uploaded on xECM
  • Ensures that MIS of Awaz cases is maintained, and analytics are presented, weekly, monthly and yearly effectively according to management needs
  • Monitors, maintains, uploads relevant content on Digital Notice Board installed throughout the company
