Purpose

To provide strategic oversight and leadership for daily OPD operations by supporting medical teams, ensuring seamless patient flow, and upholding regulatory, budgetary, and organizational standards to deliver high‑quality, safe, and efficient healthcare services.

Years of Experience

5 to 7 years of Clinical and Administrative Experience

Area of Responsibilities

 

  1. OPD operations
  • Lead seamless daily clinical operations to ensure uninterrupted OPD service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in patient satisfaction through active feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain service continuity while elevating overall patient experience.
  • Organize and execute monthly awareness sessions and D‑Level safety meetings.
  • Establish and oversee the Wellbeing Clinic at Nazimabad for non‑compliant patients.
  • Guide duty doctors on cost‑effective and clinically appropriate referrals.

 

  1. Data Analysis
  • Monitor and review clinical data to ensure accuracy and service quality.
  • Oversee timely incorporation of all investigations into patient records.
  • Track and maintain chronic disease registration data for improved continuity of care.

 

 

Area of Responsibilities

  1. Customer Centric Services

Ensure delivery of customer‑centric Health & Wellbeing OPD services by monitoring formulary adherence, guiding cost‑effective referrals, facilitating chronic disease medication support, maintaining operational records and clinic ambiance, and actively participating in key clinical, quality, and coordination meetings.
