PURPOSE

Planning and reviewing of monthly Energy Management Report to provide revenue visibility to the Management which assists in sent-outs demand projections if utilized correctly with other variables.

Feeder-wise revenue analysis, monitoring and reporting to help revenue accountability on monthly basis. Monthly deviations help taking actions to minimize the deviation and to follow a loss reduction trajectory to maximize earnings for the company. Preparing Feeder wise LS plan for implementation across company and its financial monitoring

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Distribution Sent-out for the Performance Management Reporting by playing a business partner role in finalizing and resolving conflicts between clusters.
  • Feeder-wise loss reporting, recovery ratio, quality of billing and paying ratio to determine Distribution feeder-wise performance which helps in different departments analyzing their new projects based on this performance.
  • Feeder/DTS wise consumer tagging to make sure that recoveries are reported correctly which helps in planning recovery strategies and process improvement projects to assist in fulfillment of Company objectives.
  • Preparation of daily sent-outs for higher management by providing justifiable rationale for the variations. Furthermore, analyzing category wise daily sent-out to compare it with month to date and year to date results.
  • Load shed planning on quarter basis based on the past and current periods performance, this includes communication and deliberations with internal stakeholders as to agree them on one page to help company targets are intact and further implementation of the same
  • Feeder-wise performance is an integral part of load shed plan as the feeder performance defines the category which directly effects the overall Business
  • Project Management in collaboration with other departments for e.g. MDMS with BPR
  • Preparation and analysis on NEPRA related queries which involves extensive exercise on providing the data accurately and timely
