JOB TITLE: AM/DM KYC & PERSONA
JOB PURPOSE:
The AM/DM-KYC & PERSONA position plays a critical part in shaping KE's customer management strategy by implementing a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) framework. This involves setting up processes and systems to verify and understand customer identities, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing service efficiency.
Another key responsibility is the development of customer segmentation and detailed customer Personas. This will involve analyzing customer data, behaviors, and preferences to create representative profiles that help tailor KE’s services and communication strategies. The role requires close collaboration with an external vendor’s to develop and refine these personas and segmentation models.
EDUCATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration & Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense, QlikView).
- Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Collaborate with the internal teams to create a Know Your Customer (KYC) framework for KE's customer base, aimed at improving data integrity, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient operations in a highly regulated environment.
- Work with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to execute the service level agreement for online customer verification using their database.
- Work with External vendors for developing & execution of projects under the domain of Data validation, customer segmentation & KYC.
- To establish a fundamental KYC framework that verifies customer identities by collecting and validating their credentials.
- Collaborate with the business to propose a high-level Extended KYC module that offers a more in-depth understanding of customers collecting
- Coordinate with front-end operations & respective cross functional teams for the project launch. Evaluate potential challenges that may arise before and after implementation.
The role reports to DGM of CJM & Analytics and involves developing customer segmentation and personas in partnership with an external vendor and internal teams, ensuring the following:
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for refining personas.
- Design and recommend Value Added Services (VAS) based on the customer segmentation for tailored made services.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Strategy, and Distribution teams to integrate personas into strategies and campaigns.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of Personas and update them based on new data and market changes.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the use of personas in marketing and customer engagement strategies.
