Purpose

The Deputy Manager Enterprise Solution Management is responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This role ensures optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency of the company's IT resources while supporting the organization's operational needs.

Education (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Trainings & Certifications (Mandatory)

    Servers Administration Knowledge
    Exchange and Active directory administration knowledge 
    Windows & Linux server’s administration knowledge
    Operations Management 
    MDM Administration Knowledge 
    Good Analytical and Technical knowledge of Endpoint patching
    Excellent Knowledge of virtualized Environment & Infrastructural Environment 

 

Trainings & Certifications (Preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Active Directory Administration.
  • Knowledge of Office365 administration and security.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution.

5+ Years of relevant Experience and certifications will be plus

Job Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

  • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources and services (Azure Cloud, AWS DNS Route 53).
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage cloud-based solutions, including virtual machines, storage, and databases (PaaS Services).

System Administration:

  • Administer and maintain on-premises Windows servers, operating systems, Active Directory Domain services, Exchange Servers, and SQL Clusters.
  • Provide VMware Virtualization support functions, TrendMicro Email Security, TrendMicro ApexOne, and Office365 security.
  • Lead and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Administer Office365 and cloud users.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure stability and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication processes

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Develop, document, and test comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities, including systems patching activity.
  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and activities.
