Purpose
This position will execute the end-to-end process for flagship programs ensuring that timelines are met seamlessly. Also assist the development and execution of comprehensive initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Area of Responsibilities
- Employer Branding:
- Manage the end-to-end process for flagship programs (ETP, FTP and ATP)
- Design a digital campaign for all programs to market on social media and encourage students to apply
- Connect with academic institutions to advertise programs to their students
- Liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders for recruitment stages to shortlist and select the best candidate pool
- Candidate offers along with prechecks to be conducted for smooth on-boarding
- Plan and execute orientation plan for the Trainees
- Provide day-to-day support with regards to flagship programs to PBPs and relevant stakeholders
- Process internship requests and coordinate with relevant teams for final settlement and stipend (if applicable)
- Provide system assistance to DEI team for other programs
- Employee Experience:
- Research on trends in employee experience and work towards selecting a methodology to gauge the existing state of employee experience in the organization
- Assist with focus groups and other feedback techniques to gather data and then develop action plan for enhancing employee experience
- Work with People and other departments to track initiatives or system changes according to the action plan that enhance the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle (from recruitment to onboarding till off boarding).
