Purpose:

 

The Deputy Manager will lead digital transformation initiatives across Key Accounts at KE. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth implementation of digitization projects and achieve operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage digitization projects across the organization to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for digital solutions, outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement customer-facing and internal digital platforms.
  • Drive the creation of user interfaces (UI/UX) for digital tools, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Coordinate with business units to identify digitization opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and manage the project lifecycle from inception to launch.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making, monitor progress, and measure the success of implemented digital initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on new digital platforms and systems.
  • Work closely with external vendors and stakeholders to align on project goals and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and cybersecurity protocols in all digitization initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience

 

Knowledge:

 

  • Proven experience in managing digitization or digital transformation projects, preferably within the energy or utility sector
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in business process re-engineering, system integration, and change management.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in collaborating on design projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies are a plus.
