Purpose
The person is responsible for revenue assurance & compliance of commercial distribution operations by applying procedures as per compliance frame work on monthly, quarterly & annual basis, to identify, investigate and report risks, policies deviations, regulatory non -compliance, control weaknesses and revenue leakages.
Ensuring timely resolution of identified errors and discrepancies, along with formulating system based controls to minimize risk, improve efficiency and safeguard company's values. This position is also responsible to identify governance issues & suggest controls / actions for improved governance environment.
Education & Experience
Professional Accountant / MBA with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

1. Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and legal requirements.
2. Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to business operations.
3. Experience in identifying revenue leakages and implementing corrective measures.
4. Strong auditing and monitoring skills to detect irregularities.
5. Competence in data analysis, reporting, and compliance metrics tracking (Including Power BI, MS Office)
Area of Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance of SOPs and policies related to commercial operations and highlight any deviation from those policies.
• Perform routine billing analysis which encompasses target testing of billing transactions on pre-defined criteria.
• Issuance of monthly report to integrated business center (IBC) head (an extract of unbilled revenue portion, specific issues identified at IBC / regional level through variance analysis & an update on all previous identified pending issues).
• Perform billing related quarterly analysis as per defined framework.
• Continuous maintenance, follow-up and update of specific issues identified till date.
• Discussion and resolution of Internal audit observations for issued report.
• Carrying out any projects / tasks assigned (i.e. risk identification, analysis and resolution) or any other adhoc requirement by Controller Compliance.
• Actively coordinating with IBC head for resolution of the pending issues.
• Suggest process improvement controls to mitigate highlighted risk.
