Purpose
The primary role of this position is to manage the entire commercial wing of performance management by designing implementation and management of processes to ensure efficient performance management of Distribution Operations in the organization. This includes preparation of annual revenue targets / budgets at the start of the fiscal year and efficient evaluation of performance against set targets as per the organization’s business plan. It contributes in defining the objectives for the distribution segment and assists management in taking informed decisions towards achievement of overall organization’s goals.
The position also contributes in devising and managing effective incentive payout mechanism, for commercial operations, keeping the employees motivated for working towards the business unit performance set against the annual targets in accordance with the company’s overall objectives.
Education & Relevant Experience:
Professional Accountant / MBA with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1) Performance Management and Incentive Payout
• Designing performance scorecard and operating an incentive scheme linked with he scorecard for 10,000 plus employees working in the distribution segment of the company.
• Assignment of Business Targets to Operational Teams aligning the same with Organizational strategic objectives.
• Performance Management of Operational Teams in terms of Financial, Sustainability and Customer Centric KPIs defined at the start of the Fiscal Year.
• Disbursement of Performance Incentive determined against the Score achieved of defined KPIs.
2) Performance Analysis & Decision Making
• Financial modeling, data analysis and scenario building to determine impacts on the company’s top line assisting them in effective decision making.
• Analyzing the performance based on measures defined and different projects being conducted.
• Based on the analysis, take decisions to further expand where improvements are required.
3) Special Projects
• Brainstorming on the current issues being faced by the company for e.g., Recovery Deficit.
• Planning recovery strategies and process improvement projects to assist in fulfillment of Company objectives.
• Project Management in collaboration with other departments fir e.g. Amnesty Scheme with Business Strategy
4) People Development
• Constant mentoring of trainees working in the Department.
