Purpose
This position requires management and implement to ensure HSE activities through HSE data management and analysis for good safety culture within support functions. This also requires HSE monitoring and oversight of support departments to ensure adherence to HSE standards by employees & contractors at operational areas.
Education
BE (Electrical) and basic HSE knowledge.
Knowledge
Experience of DuPont PSM
In Depth knowledge on Integrated Management System
Safety Critical, High Hazard Process & Low Hazard Operation
Distribution Network (Utility) Processes and Operations Safety Management
Preferred Certification(s): Associate / Certified Safety Professional (ASP / CSP); NEBOSH IGC/ IOGC or IDIP; Lead Auditor ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 or ISO 45001)
Experience
2-3 years HSE + PSM experience

Area of Responsibilities
Functional 50%
Monitoring & advisory role on HSE matters to BU Distribution & GM PSM.
Conduct monthly, quarterly & yearly meetings on PSM.
Stewards all PSM Audits and Trainings.
Steward all HSE (BU Distribution) recommendations and present the analysis to the management.
Coordinating/ Assigning PSM Activities through Integrated Organization Structure
Internal Auditing on DuPont PSM Model
Facilitate Second & Third Party Audit.
Analyzing & Statistical representation of Safety Trends and suggesting improvement plans
Benchmarking SWP and Safety Standards for Improvement and revision
Enhancing Site Safety culture & Employee awareness i.e. EHS Campaigns, Management Safety Audit, Safety Talk etc.
Gauge Site Health, Safety & Environment Key Performance Indicators (Leading & Lagging)
Conduct Risk Management Audit as per approved matrix.
Follow up Insurer recommendations & update management accordingly
PSM 22 Elements 20%
Develop PSM Level I, II & III procedures based on DuPont Guidelines
EHS Road Map/ Plan for DuPont Implementation
Training employees on DuPont PSM 22 Elements & Permit to Work
Institute DuPont PSM Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation & Management of Change etc
Coordinating/ Assigning PSM Activities through Integrated Organization Structure
Internal Auditing on DuPont PSM Model

People Management 5%
Play dedicated role to manage, train and develop the team on PSM
HSE Compliance 25%
Ensure implementation of safe work practices for safe, consistent and efficient operations across BU Distribution.
Responsible for safety of personnel and the equipment in line with Company's Safety Policy; Create awareness regarding safe operations within the team.
Ensure execution of MSA (Management Safety Audits): Participate in HSE related meetings.
