Purpose

The purpose is to lead the Accounts Payable function and to ensure that all payments are payments are processed timely and accurately.

Education

Professional Accountant / MBA finance from any reputable institution.

Knowledge

Understanding of commercial and technical aspects of business.
Good understanding of tax related matters and accruals concept.

Hands on experience of MS Office, SAP/ Business intelligence tools.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience.

Area of Responsibility

 

  • 'To ensure timely  processing & approval of invoices with in TAT after verifiying complete documentation and to establish proper communication with all stakeholders for swift operations of payments to vendors without any delay
  • 'To develop ways and establish controls to reduce the risk of wrong payment to service based invoices
  • Booking of accruals against Services incurred during the month and to suggest most accurate and suitable way for booking that accruals.
  • To cordinate with internal and extrenal stakeholders on payment related issues and timely resolution of issues.
  • To liason with internal audit team for payment related risks and ensure timely resolution of matters and to develop control mechanism where required.
