Job Purpose:

Assist BP team lead in the development of new solutions in conjunction with all related business departments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, expedite and report all activities related to project development phases.
• Develop wireframes and solution documents for the proposed solution
• Develop applications as part of the Application Development team where required.
• Able to review programs written/developed by development team.
• Analyze user requirement and determine best tool/platform for project development.
• Assist BP lead in all periodic meetings with stakeholders (weekly, monthly etc.)
• Prepare documentations of project status meetings (MoMs) and ensure circulation to all concerns
• Document projects deliverables, UAT results and lessons learned from the projects and achieve them for future use.
• Liaison with vendors on projects delivery plus also hold meetings to discuss new innovative ideas.
• Document business processes to make them a reliable source for project development and update it till the delivery of project.
• Constant engagement with business teams and interact frequently to discuss project progress and provide them regular updates.
• Excellent Knowledge of Project Management

Technical Skills: Expertise in programming e.g. dotnet, python, oracle, SQL server etc.

Education:

BS/BE (Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics)

Certifications: SAP/Dot Net will be a plus

Experience:

At least Three (3) years of experience in Project Management, Services Delivery, Software development environment.
