Purpose:

This position shall be overseeing the Quality Assurance, Audits and Inspection function within the BUs and is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust assurance and audit framework that ensures organizational compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, best practices and internal policies. This position is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of quality principles and the Quality Management System program throughout the organization and for leading a team of auditors and inspectors to conduct comprehensive assessments of processes, projects, systems, and documentation, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement. Focused on improving delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction and reducing potential risks and rework whilst complying with Quality policy, standard and delivering agreed objectives.

Requirements:

- Education: B.E Electrical/Electronics (Preferably)

- Minimum 10 years of Experience

- ISO 9001:2015 and Lean Six Sigma Certified (Preferably)

  • Extensive knowledge of Quality Management System; ISO 9001:2015 & Proficient in Integrated Management Systems
  • Adequate knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, tools, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of power systems, transmission, and distribution network
  • Proven knowledge of testing best quality assurance and control practices, and defect management processes
  • Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
  • Extensive knowledge of International Standards, IECs and other applicable national codes and regulatory standards (BS, NFPA, NEPRA HSE Code, etc.)
