Purpose:

•    Operate and manage a computer terminal including database, entry and retrieval of data. Maintains confidentiality of data at all levels.

 

Qualifcation:

Minimum Graduate From Any Reputed Institution

 

Experience:

 

Minimum one Year relevent Experience

Accountabilities

 

  • Update the relevant ERP system and analyse reports created through the database.
  • Follow up with all concerned staff and departments as required.
  • Develop, organize, update and verify scheduled reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as and when required.
  • Arrange and participate in relevant meetings and team discussions
  • Develop and maintain a proper data and information retrieval, storage/filing system.
  • Rectify any discrepancies before transmitting to IT
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring confidentiality where needed.
  • Maintain data and ensure that it is backed up, and secure.
  • Arrange and coordinate personal and business schedules.
  • Respond to routine mail, email and queries from employees and external sources in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring total customer satisfaction by providing quality service and efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a favourable work environment.
  • Communicate relevant information to individuals as and when required.
  • Manage, control, and supervise subordinate staff as appropriate from time to time.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
