Job Purpose:
This position manages the data administration of the entire Street light function within and outside the PSC in close liaison with internal stake holders such as IBCs and external stake holders (civic agencies / EM&RC). These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to ensure that PSC's streetlight data is maintained with extreme sanity and kept properly, efficiently in view of correct historical aspects, it supports relevant stakeholders by sharing information and giving advice in view of the historical aspects on any issue prevailing or coming-into-existence between PSC and any civic agency by organizing, reviewing, and referring to historical written correspondence/record of any past or on-going relevant matter in best interests of the company and WITHIN the limits of organizational policies and SOPs, departmental objectives, business code of conduct and directions/guidelines from supervisor to close all the communications from end to end.
Responsibilities:
- Punching all the upcoming and previous survey data of Streetlights into desired excel format
- Preparing daily reports of surveys
- Providing relevant data as and when required by the internal stakeholders
- Preserve a log for all surveys and other liaisons with EM&RC and Civic agencies related to Streetlights, the same to be kept with sanity and make sure that all logs/records are readily available within the specified TATs.
- Provide timely and effective insights to business regarding any on-going / new conflicts or logical issues / queries arising in the current v/s previous data of Streetlights by reviewing, organizing and recalling relevant records and logs with issue-based approach.
- Operate as a focal person for exchanging data between PSC and Civic Agencies
- Receives and manages all survey and streetlight related data with proper logs
- Maintains and updates databases of all streetlight cases of the PSC.
- Maintains official addresses of all departments and POCs with updated and accurate titles that are used.
- Ensure timely digitalization/archiving of data and logs on system as well as in hardcopy and OneDrive, for timely and convenient recall of the record as and when required
- Assist in NC case punching and processing and issuance of estimate.
Education & Relevant Experience:
- Minimum Graduate+ computer training/certification
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience
- Has knowledge of IRB process, handling billing complaints on SAP/CRM.
- Familiar with overall meter reading process from data assigning, image validation, data uploading and billing screening function.
Knowledge:
- Data Management
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Typing speed
