Purpose: The purpose of this Data Processing Officer role is to manage and optimize supply chain logistics and ensure quality assurance, utilizing advanced data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and QlikSense. By generating insightful reports and dashboards, this role facilitates informed decision-making, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The officer enhances operational efficiency and organizational performance through meticulous data management and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Level: Officer

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage material receiving and ensure accurate recording and tracking.
• Develop and manage quality assurance cases against testing reports on SAP-ISU.
• Prepare testing reports as per management's requirements to guide strategic decisions.
• Maintain and communicate daily and monthly progress reports within the department for transparency.
• Analyze data and construct dashboards using Power BI, Advanced Excel, and QlikSense to provide comprehensive insights.
• Strictly follow ISO 9001 standards during all operational activities to ensure quality compliance.
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication to promote seamless workflow.
• Diligently follow safety protocols while executing routine daily tasks to ensure workplace safety.

Skills:

• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Proficient in Power BI for developing detailed data dashboards
• Experienced in using QlikSense for data visualization and reporting
• Strong understanding of material management and quality control
• Effective communication skills for inter-departmental coordination
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of Excel functionalities for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI for the creation of dynamic data dashboards to support business strategies.
• Skilled in using QlikSense to transform raw data into meaningful visual insights.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 standards for maintaining consistent quality management practices.

Education:

• BS/BBA/BA/MBA/BCOM

Experience:

• 01-03 years of experience
