Purpose
To ensure that the respective database remains updated at all times and that required information is provided to all concerned on immediate basis.

Functional Competencies
Area of Responsibilities
- Prepare data transfer for each cycle day in the month as per schedule.
- Process allowance & reversal cases preferably within the month.
- Ensure timely processing of consumer complaints/tickets routed to him and undertake closures within TATs.
- Ensure processing of unbilled revue through tariff change and undercharged cases.
- Ensure prompt processing of NC cases (NC, MNCV) for taking them on billing panel.
- Execute Name change cases, SD posting and ensure tagging of all new connections on GIS as per policy.
- Report daily CD wise reports to Line Manager on meter reading exceptions e.g. consumption variance, inactive/minimum cases etc.
- Clear implausible reading cases after acquiring due validations through check readings.
- Post Security Deposit (SD) in system after verification to avoid any duplication and amend Business Master Data accordingly.
- Ensure timely processing of IRBs.
- Lock and unlock disputed amount as directed by Line Manager.
