Job Purpose:
This position analyzes Government Consumer performance, evaluates and implements efficient quality controls across Public Sector Consumer Department. These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to ensure identifying process errors in the system, provide remedial actions and propose interventions to improve future performance against the set goals WITHIN the limits of organizational policies and SOPs, departmental objectives, business code of conduct and directions/guidelines from supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis 
  • Sales Reports 
  • Daily Sales Performance Report 
  • Analysis of Sales Variance against Budget 
  • Bi-monthly Billing Mode / MDI Report 
  • Annual Sales Budgeting 
• Recovery Reports 
  • Daily / Monthly / YTD Recovery Report 
  • Identifying risk factors and highlight to KAM’s for preemptive measures 
  • Daily Government of Sindh Dues and Billing Reconciliation MIS  
  • Annual Recovery Budgeting 
• Performance Report 
  • Monthly Performance Scorecard 
  • Re-evaluation and share timely response to Compliance and Governance Matters. 
• Digitization and Innovation
  • Solely Responsible for preparing BRDs, UAT and other related stuff for the department’s digitization efforts 
  •  

Education & Relevant Experience:

• Business Graduate degree with specialization in Business Administration with 2 years’ relevant experience.

Knowledge:

• Basic Knowledge of Financial Accounting.
• Business Analysis, Planning & Forecasting
• Knowledge of relevant SAP Modules and other analysis tools like BEX, Qlick View, CRM etc.
• Expert MS Office Skills and Power BI
• Expert Data Base Management and Data Cleansing 
• Business/ Industry Knowledge (preferable)
