*Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure all tests are conducted efficiently and accurately.

*Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.

*Manage and train laboratory personnel to ensure high-quality results and maintain a safe working environment.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new testing procedures including validation and verification to improve product quality.

*Communicate with senior management regarding laboratory performance, results, and issues that may arise.

*Proficient in energy meter testing methodologies and standards, with a basic understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 quality management systems.

*Hands-on experience in maintenance of electrical laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and calibration.

*Proven track record in maintaining and improving the quality management system, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and 17025 standards.

*Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

*Proactively involved in identifying areas for improvement within the laboratory processes, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

*Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contribute to reports and presentations as needed.

Experience: 03- 05 years.

Education: BE/BS Electrical/Electronics with Masters in technical domain is an additional advantage.

Expertise: Process Optimization, Test Method Verification and Validation, Equipment Maintenance
