Civil Supervising Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and control on all field activities of the works team in the assigned Region by the guidelines of concern manager.
• To control and assure the execution of works through subcontractors and ensure timely completion with effective quality control.
• Control that work of the region are completed on time as per schedule and as per assigned ticket, as per quality and with allocated budgets.
• Liaison with various business units of KE.
• Participation in designated Safety Committee Meetings (B level, D level Committee Meetings) As per frequency mentioned in KE-SP-004 SOP

QUALIFICATION:

B Tech/ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years after B Tech or to 5 after Diploma years’ experience of construction and renovation works preference maintenance works
