Civil Supervising Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and control on all field activities of the works team in the assigned Region by the guidelines of concerned manager. 
• Help AM to prepare project schedule by reviewing historical data.
• To help AM in gathering user demands for preparations of estimate.
• To control and assure the execution of works through subcontractors and ensure timely completion with effective quality control.
• To check, contractor’s bills and amendments.
• Ensure that projects of the region are completed on time as per schedule, as per quality and with allocated budgets.
• To do market survey for preparing value addition items and gathering various items price for preparing proper engineering estimate.
• Liaison with various business units of KE.
• Participation in designated Safety Committee Meetings (B level, D level Committee Meetings) As per frequency mentioned in KE-SP-004 SOP

QUALIFICATION:

D.A.E (Civil)

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years of construction and renovation works.
