Purpose

Handling day to day HR and administrative activities of the IBC

Qualification

Bachelors in any discipline

Experience:

Minimum one Year working Experience

Accountabilities

Handle all employee grievances and issues.
Maintaining leave records for all IBC employees.
Execute policy and process directives from PBP at the IBC level
Ensure transparent Leave and OT recording.
Approve employee timesheets
Monitor and take measures to reduce absenteeism
Responsible for both in-house and on the field orientation of new employees.
Maintaining and updating the employee data base of the IBC and communicating changes to the regional HR
Resolve payroll discrepancies in coordination with PBP, HR Services and Payroll.
Verification of various HR and Admin related expenses.
Coordination with legal HR regarding charge sheets, appreciation and explanation letters issued to the IBC employees
Coordinating with the corporate HR regarding employee contract renewal and expiry
Coordinating with the PBP for issuance of new OJPs against vacancies in the IBC
Track employee transfers and on-loans movement
Coordinating all the repair and maintenance work at the IBC
Supervise tagging of assets in the IBC
Order Office supplies and maintain the records
Coordinate all administrative duties pertaining to the IBC including housekeeping, security, canteen, building and asset maintenance etc
