Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth functioning of all administrative, fleet, and coordination activities for the PSC segment by managing logistics, attendance, event facilitation, vendor engagement, and departmental support — with the objective to enable uninterrupted operations, compliance with safety standards, and effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder operations and resolve issues proactively
Area of Responsibilites:
Administrative Operations
- Oversee daily administrative support for PSC including housekeeping, asset upkeep, and stationery
- Maintain accurate records for staff attendance, movement, and related approvals
- Manage petty cash/imprest and support annual budgeting coordination with Finance
- Maintain updated trackers for internal documents, staff deployment, and office assets
Fleet & Logistics
- Coordinate with Fleet Department to ensure availability of official vehicles for PSC operations
- Monitor vehicle usage, track daily attendance of drivers and staff, and address related issues
- Resolve vendor-related concerns and ensure timely delivery of required services
HR & Safety Support
- Liaise with HR for onboarding, transfers, and attendance management
- Support in addressing employee grievances, documentation, and field staff facilitation
- Assist the Safety Coordinator in implementing safety protocols and logistics for safety events
Event & Meeting Facilitation
- Organize internal/external meetings, PSC events, and official engagements including venue, logistics, and documentation
- Ensure proper follow-ups, minutes, and coordination with relevant departments
Other Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager in line with departmental objectives
