Purpose

The Associate Risk & Compliance is responsible for supporting in compliance related activities across the Supply Chain (SC) function. The incumbent will monitor compliance with policies and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive supply chain efficiency and sustainability.

Education:
•    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management/ Electrical Engineering, 

Experience:
•    3 to 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and compliance.
•    Must be aware of Supply Chain frameworks and HSEQ guidelines.
•    Proficiency in data analytics, lean methodology, reporting, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities
•    Identify, evaluate, and monitor supply chain risks (operational, financial, regulatory, cyber, etc.).
•    Develop risk mitigation plans, controls, and preventive measures in collaboration with stakeholders.
•    Ensure compliance with policies and HSEQ guidelines across SC operations.
•    Assist in internal quality audits and process reviews to identify gaps in governance and recommend corrective actions.
•    Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholder on compliance related matters.
•    Assist in organizing training programs across supply chain.
•    Assist in continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

Key Skills & Competencies
•    Lean principles
•    ERP systems understanding (Preferably SAP S4/HANA)
•    Understanding of OSHA standards is a plus.
•    Process Auditing & Internal Controls
