Purpose

The position is responsible for timely processing of allowances and adjustment/deductions in monthly payroll for entire KE & K-Solar employee base with appropriate maintenance of supporting documents and approvals.

Education

Education: Graduation or preferably Masters in HR

Area of Responsibilities

Area of Responsibilities

Timely & Error Free Processing of Payroll Allowances and Adjustments
-    Coordinate with Stakeholders and acquire payroll data for timely processing of payroll allowances and any adjustments.
-    Preparation of payroll data as per defined format for processing of payroll.
-    Ensure appropriate maintenance of supporting documents and approvals.
-    Ensure accurate incorporation of allowances and adjustments in reconciliation summaries.
-    Provide timely communication of monthly fluctuations to the relevant stakeholders.

Enhancement of Payroll Systems Knowledge
    
-    Periodic review of Payroll related software, systems, and procedures.
-    Support Manager Payroll and Benefits for identification of improvement areas relevant to existing automated processes and recommendations to make it more simplified and effective. 
-    Support Manager Payroll and Benefits for review of existing manually handled processes and explore the options to make it digitalized wherever feasible.

Compliance w.r.t. Applicable Polices & Laws
    
-    Support Manager Payroll and Benefits to ensure the compliance of all relevant policies and laws while processing employee benefits and salaries.
-    To be updated regarding the changes in policy and laws and thereafter immediate applicability to avoid non-compliance.
